Sydney Flower Shop guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every order.  Each Sydney Flower Shop arrangement is handcrafted by a professional Sydney Flower Shop floral designer.

Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but this cannot be guaranteed and will very much be dependent on workflow on any given day.

Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made at least 24 hours before your specified delivery date and best sent in writing to us.

Complaints must be made in writing within 8 hours of delivery and to the Sydney Flower Shop customer team directly.

Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral parlours, crematoria and cemeteries.  Kindly ensure that all relevant details are supplied to Sydney Flower Shop to avoid unnecessary delays.
